Smoothie Operator


When you want fresh and fast, whipping up a smoothie with quality ingredients is a healthy alternative to heating up breakfast from a box. There are so many options for every taste, and mixing and matching makes it so that you never have to settle for the same flavor over and over.  In this recipe, sweet pineapple and fresh ginger combine for a bold flavor that is good for you and a great “wake-me-up” so you can start your day the right way!




  • 1 1/2 cups diced fresh pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbs grated fresh ginger (or 1 tsp ground, dried ginger)
1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • Dash of cinnamon

Directions: Combine all of the ingredients in a blender & process until smooth. Serve immediately. (Serves 1 or 2)
