Unicef Snowflake Ball 2014

On December 2nd, 2014, we were delighted to attend the 10th Annual UNICEF Snowflake Ball 2014, presented by Baccarat, at Cipriani Wall Street, and I was beyond honored to yet again serve as Co-Chair. It takes a talented team to produce an evening as memorable – and impactful – as this one and I certainly couldn’t have done it alone. With the efforts, passion, direction, focus and funding of these individuals, we helped raise over $3.4 million dollars for UNICEF this year!

A Life-Changing Voyage

Unicef Trip To Jamaica

On February 17th I set out on my journey with UNICEF in Kingston, Jamaica. When we think of Jamaica, we often think of sitting in the sand with cocktails with colorful umbrellas in them. Well, this was not that kind of trip to Jamaica. We went to see the real Jamaica – the real people of Jamaica – what their Jamaica means to them. We saw the joys of family and friends and the country pride and then we saw the struggles that they face on a daily basis that many of us do not share.

Habitat for Humanity

“Evening Under the Stars”

Habitat For Humanity homes, creating a neighborhood called Music Row, right here in Knoxville, named for 7 amazing artists. That was the original concept. But little did we know how much magic and how many memories would be born from this original idea. For the past 7 years, my husband, Charlie and I have been thrilled to host our annual “Evening Under The Stars,” benefitting Habitat For Humanity, a cause that is close to our hearts.

“Music Row”

Keith Urban, country music sensation, presented a brand new set of keys to Regina Olum today in Knoxville on “Music Row.” Olum’s home was a creation of service from the combined support of the Charlie and Moll Anderson Family Foundation, Keith Urban, and Habitat for Humanity. Urban’s involvement in the event was tremendous as he was the most recent artist to sing at the home of Moll Anderson at the “Evening In Red” fundraising event.
