Three R’s You Need to Remember
Romance, Rejuvenation and Relaxation
It’s always important to remember that setting aside special time to spend with your partner is a great priority! Getting caught in the hustle and bustle of a busy career, organizing kids’ practices, or just regular everyday stresses is easy to do. I’m here to encourage you to seek out vacation time, no matter the circumstances! My husband and I just spent four fabulous days on the island of St. Bart’s in the Caribbean celebrating our wedding anniversary and it was exactly the rejuvenation we needed!
Spending quality alone time with your loved one is vital for keeping the romance piqued throughout your relationship. Indulging in a little rest and relaxation is an essential key—I’m not saying you have to go all out, but do the best within your means! A beach vacation will surely do you and your partner’s minds some good. Not only will a couple of days of downtime reduce your stress level, but it also helps promote creativity and expand your cultural mindset. Research shows that traveling outside the country is one of the most invigorating activities to sharpen cognition.

- Great bold red throw pillows in the living room

- The fantastic view– couldn’t ask for a more perfect blue sky!
While on your trip, take a couple of minutes to soak it all in…what makes this moment special and how can you recreate it once you get back home? It could be as simple as the fluffy and soft robes, the scent in the air, or the dinner you shared together over candlelight. Whatever it may be—file it in your memory catalog to come back to on a stressful day and relive the moment in the comfort of your own seductive home.
What are you waiting for?
