HAIRY PEACHY GATOR

Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 ounces (3 tablespoons) vodka
• ½ ounce (1 tablespoon) peach Schnapps
• ½ ounce (1 tablespoon) orange juice
• Garnish: slice of carambola (starfruit)

Directions:

1. Combine first 3 ingredients in an ice filled cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously.
2. Pour into a cut-glass highball glass and garnish with starfruit.
